Wooden Threading Board – Fine Motor Toys

This wooden peg board has multiple uses and educational opportunities. Children will be inspired to create patterns, copy instructions, use simple mapping skills, form numbers, shapes and letters. 

Children will also develop fine motor skills as they place the pegs in the  cut out sections and then use the lacing cord provided to weave in and out of the holes in each peg. 

Children can also create their own designs to weave. Bright coloured pegs are eye catching and can also be used to identify colours.
